Jester raced home happily, knowing they caught all the cats from Hiddenclan they needed. He spotted one, bleeding, and padded to her, snarling. Sorrowfrost, I hear is your name. He laughed. What a stupid name! He laughed harder. Then he kicked dust in her face and stepped away from her to stand guard.
A darker tom slunk through the shadows, glad his pelt blended with the rocks and shadows. He caught the scent of the she-cat he had been searching, and ran. He caught up to her and meowed breathlessly, Sorrowfrost! He peered out of the bushes.
Frosty gaze settled on the rogue, a burning look of hatred was clearly shown on her features. Clearly, she hated it here yet pain was beginning to show through. Though she fought the pain it still remained yet she would show no weakness. As if yours is any better she replied dryly. Though bittersweet liquid still seeped from her wounds she remained without complaint. It seemed as if someone was pouring salt onto the wounds and yet she didn't ask for help, she could go on.
Thoughts reverted to how she had last seen her father, how he lay injured and close to death. Had Starpaw saved him or had she lost yet another? Ears twitched slightly, gaze moved to the newcomer, Thunderfoot. Her relief to see him was clear, she disguised her true feelings and made an attempt to stand, within a second attempt she stood up to face him. He was, as to be expected, much larger then her own fragile figure. Though she hadn't told anyone she deeply cared for the tom, despite their age difference, this was what she believed to be love.
Wolftail creeped around the camp, she had rolled in mud before she came here. She turned at a voice, "Thunderfoot?" she breathed. She padded quietly up to the tom, "What are you doing here?!" The deputy turned when she heard Jester and barely managed to keep a very low growl. Wolftail whispered, "Sorrowfrost! We're, well, I was before I knew Thunderfoot was coming, but, anyways, we're here to get you back! The others too!" Then her gaze fell upon the silver gray tabby laying next to the fresh-kill pile not far away. He was eating a mouse, his tail lashing to and fro, and Wolftail could not mistake those remarkable green eyes. "Lakeflight..." she whispered. Her brother's ears perked and he looked up, his gaze was sorrowful and pained, the cat wanted out, but he knew there was no way. Lakeflight stood up, lashed his feathery tail once and padded up to Jester. He sat down next to Sorrowfrost and started to lick her wounds, "Hold still, Sorrowfrost. I'm not going to hurt you. You know me," he looked up, "Remember?" The tomcat was oblivious to his sister's and old friends' appearance, as if he didn't want to believe that they were here, ready to be caught in this living hell.
Jester heard the low growl, and noticed there were cats who didn't belong. Secretclan! He howled. Then he leaped at Wolftail, recognizing her scent, and meowed, I'm gonna finish what I should've finished in your camp.. He dug his claws into her should and raised a paw to strike her head, for the death blow.
Thunderfoot howled, NO! He leaped into the air to jump onto Jeater, but was swiped away as Serpentine caught his ribs and threw him across the camp. He landed with an oof on the ground. The tom lay winded, but finally managed to stand. The she-cat, Serpentine, leaped at him, and dug thorn-sharp, long claws under his rib cage, and lifted him. You'll die here, or you'll obey. She threw him again, and again, and again. Just when Thunderfoot thought he'd had enough, he was mobbed by her again, her claws slashing down his side. A black tidal wave rose and engulfed him. He balanced on the line of life and death. Serpentine backed off, a paw held up with long claws out, covered in blood. She flicked her ears and padded away.
Wolftail hissed at the cat who attacked her and felt him lifted away. She scrambled to her paws as she felt him lifted off of her. She lowered her ears and let out a menacing growl as Lakeflight approached her. "Wolftail, please, I don't want to. Just go, go now and take your friend with you. If you do it will save your life." His eyes were in anguish and he yowled to cover himself from death, "Go, you clannie!" he spat, sorrow and apology filling his eyes, "Or we will kill you... go now, please, sister," he added softly.
Wolftail pelted away from her brother, not looking once into his eyes. She skidded to a halt before Thunderfoot, standing protectively over him, the deputy hissed, "You evil cats, where are they?! Where are Darkfur? Sparrowfeather? The clans want them back and we will fight till the death to get our beloved ones back. We will never give up, so you better stand and fight, for a tidal wave of death will be comeing your way, and your threats and claws won't be able to help you. StarClan will be fighting alongside us and in us, and we will fight with bare Tooth and Claw. Everycat will be by our side," she spat," and you won't stand a chance." Her ice blue eyes were cold and hard. Her blind eye flamed in pain, for it was hurting from her anguish, but Wolftail ignored it. She lashed her ail furiously and her neck fur bristled. "I promised Robinstar I'd come back, and come back I will, with teh blood of a Secretclanner on my claws or not, I will kill somecat here tonight... I promise you that, and I keep my promises."
ooc;; A kitty of mine in Hiddenclan, who came to take back his beloved. And rio, it's Sparrowfeather. xDDD
bic;; Hahahaha. I'd like to see you try. Jester laughed happily. There will be clanner blood on his paws, and he was excited. Jester sneered and leaped to her shoulders, hoping to hold and to swipe paws across her head for her to die. Finally.
With all the strenght of Starclan at his side, Thunderfoot managed to get up. Blood pouring from his ribs, the tom still carried strength. He leaped up and bowled Jester off of Wolftail. Stay away you blood traitor, brother. He snarled to his long forgotten brother. He swiped claws across Jester's face, which caught his muzzle and ripped it open. Jester spat in Thunderfoot's face, and threw him off. Thunderfoot stood, and stalked back over at him, and leaped.
Serpentine had enough. My two brothers are such idiots! She complained. Well, one of you clanners better drop to my paws as a surrender, or die. I'm not leaving here until you do. She turned her attention to her brothers, and leaped in to shove Thunderfoot away from Jester. She hissed in Jester's ear, Go for Wolftail. She's the deputy. He dipped his head and threw himself at her, claws unsheathed.
Wolftail dodged the blow, and flipped around, "I'm not going down that easily," she spat. The deputy jumped on Jesters back and used her hind claws to rip out tufts of fur.
Lakeflight looked around, panicking. He couldn't let his sister die, but if he fought the Secretclanners, he for sure get killed, if not by them, then by Silhouette. He was torn between family and the death of himself. He shook his head, lashing his feathery silver tail. Then he looked up, a new glint in his eyes. The tomcat raced towards Jester and Wolftail and pummeled, or was aiming to, Jester. "Leave my sister alone!" he yowled. New blood was pulsing through his darkened veins and muscles rippled under his silver tabby pelt.
'What's gonig on here, Jester?' A slow and easy pace led the cat to the clearing of the fighting cats. 'More Hiddenclan members? Wonderful. I'll fetch Hailsmoke to feed you all oleander, unless you will listen right now. Leave, and you will come of no harm. Stay, and we will kill Sorrowfrost in front of you. Jester, stop fighting and come here at once, or I will claw your ears off.' Looking over to Lakeflight, he meowed calmly. 'You are a traitor, and you know what happens to traitors? They stay here the longest. I suggest you start fighting for us, or risk being sent to the prisoner den, all alone with two guards posted at all times.'The deputy stood to his equal, bending down to talk into her ear, for only her to hear. 'Trust me, you want to leave. Silhouette will not take kindly to trespassers. Please, I don't want to see any of you die.' Revenge stepped back and waited for his orders to be foolowed, regaining his air of commanding.
That voice couldn't have been more frigid even if the medicine cat was made of rock, ice, and steel. The ominous footfall of the male's white paws preceded him, his wiry tawny, black-banded frame coming to Revenge's side. Hailsmoke's wide amber eyes were narrowed, fitting for the Angel of Death. The former warrior's claws unsheathed.
"Whose blood is mine tonight?" he whispered delicately, smiling faintly at the mention of the horror.
Jester moved away and hissed at Revenge. Why can't you ever just accept that I'm no longer that kit you found in the forest so long ago!? He demanded Revenge. Then he raced away, abandoning all the cats there. He disappeared farther into the Secretclan camp.
Wolftail growled at Revneg and let out a laugh, "You think you're all high and mighty, don't you? I saw you at HiddenClan, you begged us to let you take her so you wouldn;t get killed. But now," she chuckled darkly; "Now that your with your 'buddies'', you think your the strongest cat in the world, don't you?!" She screeched quietly with rage, "I'm not scared of any of you, or your 'oleander.' You won't hurt me or Lakeflight. This is supposed to be a clan of horrow?! They're all just wimps hiding behind shadows and masks of mouse-dung, she spat on the ground, ready to defend her brother and clanmate.
Lakeflight shivered at the mention of oleander, but he shook it away, "All oleander is is a giant stupid plant!" he growled, fur bristling, "I'm not scared of you or your fox-dung herb!"
You want to think about what you said? You're right, but don't you think that maybe that was only a show? I'll prove it to you. Want to go one on one? I'll show you that I'm not scared, and Jester, come back here. You need to watch the prisoners. Fetch Critter also.
A lither figure crawled from the bushes where Hailsmoke's den was. Hailsmoke, what's happening? He looked at the Hiddenclan deputy. Wolftail! You are okay! You too, Thunderfoot! Oh no, what's wrong with Sorrowfrost? Shall we bring her to your den, or treat her here, Hailsmoke? Could we use, maybe, oh... cobwebs! Yes! To stop the bleeding! It was easy to see that this cat was accepting his fate and continuing on as medicine cat apprentice with Hailsmoke as his mentor. Thunderstep looked from Hailsmoke to Sorrowfrost, then waited for his answer. The cat was getting comfortable with his new life, yet never forgetting his want to go home.
Mousetail was peering from the bushes, watching for Sparrowfeather again. Oh no, the medicine cat apprentice is happy here! Mistclan will not be happy. She thought grimly. She prowled around the bushes, realizing how many cats were in the clearing. She decided to leave. With a flick of her tail, she left, anxious to report to Chickenstar about her findings.
((*cough* Wolfie, oleander isn't a creature so I don't think it's a giant fluff ball, some stupid creature that doesn't know how to defend itself. It's the most toxic plant known to man...))
Hailsmoke's head jerked and turned to Thunderstep. "Hmmm? Oh yes, take her there. You should know what to do. I should not need to help you at this point," the tom said, flicking his tail towards his apprentice.
Are you sure? I never completed my training in Mistclan. If I need you, can I come to get you? He went over to Sorrowfrost and dragged her to the Medicine den. Revenge watched this in interest, and thought about it. Interesting... the cat is accepting his place in this 'clan'. He went over to Wolftail, and looked at her threateningly.
((Oh, o.o;; well... you don't have to be so hurtful about it! *sniff*... joking... it's fixed))
Wolftail snarled, and unsheathed her paws. She bared her teeth in a threatening hiss towards Revenge, "Looks can't kill. And if they could, you'd be long dead by now." She crouched and used her strong hind legs to pounce Revenge. Her ears were laid flat on her head.[/color]
"Of course," Hailsmoke said, nodding once before turning to see Wolftail. The tom frowned severely and stepped in front of the deputy. "I would suggest you leave," he said, his voice deathly quiet as his sharp claws of ivory aimed to rake heavily in her face. With Hailsmoke in front of him, there was no way the femme deputy could reach Revenge. "I wouldn't insult my beloved oleander if I were you. Its touch is a sweet kiss of death..."
Wolftail growled at the Hailsmoke and snorted, "And what will you do?" she hissed quietly as she jumped back from him, his claws just barely missing her blind eye. She swiveled her head from side to side and snarled. "We'll be back," she turned and fled, taking Thunderfoot with her.
((To: HiddenClan! Whoo! *points index finger in the air in a cheesy pose))
